Our Managing Director

Danny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational change. Since 2012 he has been a member of the of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), and is committed to the highest standards of professional practice in HR.

Danny completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from BCIT.

After more than a decade of leading multi-faceted teams in customer service and operations with two of the largest Canadian telecommunication providers, Danny wanted to make a greater impact in organizations and in the workplace. 

While strategically working with business owners and executives, Danny saw an opportunity to provide effective and compassionate people solutions through the creation of a HR consulting firm.

Danny is currently an active member of the Membership Committee with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC and Yukon. Previously, he was a member of the board with Muscular Dystrophy Canada, Vancouver Chapter.
